[eepro100] Integrated Pro/100 on Intel D815EEA

hi ariel

seems odd....

i've used many 2.4.0-testxx kernels on D815EEAAL 
and redhat-7.0  and have never seen more than one interface
eth0 only as expected... and lo ...

	and similarly for 2.2.16 and 2.2.18..
	with patches as needed for eepro100.c

only bad thing about 2.4.0 kernels on D815EEAAL is no
X11 on it... agpgart is broken....but after a day or two
of tweeking...got XFree-4.x working.. i think..
