[eepro100] e100 34bytes ip header problem!

Hi


I'm trying to use e100-1.3.14 driver with 2.4-test10 kernel us suggested
by Cagle, John (John.Cagle@compaq.com).  It compiles fine but I get
wired errors like, small ip header < 40 bytes.  I switch back to
eepro100 and those errors went away but of course the old ones 
eepro100: wait_for_cmd_done timeout!  reappear.  I'm using intel's ISP
1100 boxes, does someone has any suggestions??
