[eepro100] eepro100 driver update

Hello,

I've fixed the bug which resulted in lost and corrupted packets and
was especially visible on DP83840 chips.
The bug appeared in 2.3.99pre4 kernel with the driver update.
Many thanks to Marcel Waldvogel <mwa@arl.wustl.edu> who actually found the
bug and Scott Ashcroft <scott.ashcroft@talk21.com> for testing a lot of
variants of the driver.
