eepro100 transmit timeout

I just installed our linux box with IntelExpress Pro 100. I always got
the timeout  problem and the error is shown as below:

eth0:
Transmit timed out: status 0090 000 at 5920 / 5936 command 000c0000.

eth0:
Transmit timed out: status 0090 000 at 5920 / 5936 command 000c0000.
...
...
...
eth0:
Transmit timed out: status 0090 000 at 5920 / 5936 command 000c0000.

I need to restart the workstation again. From the newsgroup and
maillist, I found that some people have the same problem in past.
Unfortunately, the problem is still not be solved ! I don't want to
restart the workstation everytime, do you have any way to fix it.

Please help!!
