New test version of eepro100.c available

eepro100.c v1.09 of 6/28/99 is at
  ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/drivers/test/eepro100.c

This version changes
  Only use 802.3x Flow Control when it's negotiated (*)
  Recognizes the larger EEPROM on the IBM board.
  Better error reporting for Tx timeouts (**)

As usual, please send a report if any of these changes affect you.

* Flow control should never have been triggered when the interface was used a
repeater, unless full duplex was incorrectly forced.  This patch makes
certain that it's not enabled unless it's negotiated.

** Send a report with the extra diagnostic output if you get a Tx timeout.
