getting off this list

How do I go about getting off this list?  I've tried several
times, but the MTA software at cesdis1.gsfc.nasa.gov seems to
have changed its behavior about cname canonicalization, and will
not allow me to remove myself.  Is there a list owner listening?
It seems they never saw the bounce which my request generated.
HELP!
