Are you sure it's even built by IBM? From the quote below, it sounds
like it's using 32 nm fabrication developed by IBM, but it's unclear
from wording if it was actually built by IBM. <br>

"networking" consumes compared to the cores themselves, as well as how
the hell you'd try to program that for any level of high utilization..
