Not sure if you've seen this yet, but Sun appears to have rejected the
IBM bid as being insufficient.  The claim is that they wanted out
of the exclusivity bit, likely to try to get a better deal from someone
else. So it seems IBM yanked the deal.<br>

Don't think they will do Chapter 11 next week.  Though if they
don't announce a new suitor today, I am guessing they will announce a
new CEO this week.<br>

That and sidle back up to IBM, to beg them for another chance.<span class="q"><br>
