Off the top of my head..

1) what is a beowulf cluster?
2) how do you physically build a cluster?
3) how do you manage a cluster (xCAT/warewulf/puppet/etc, LDAP)?
4) distributed computing
5) interconnects
6) storage (NFS, distributed filesystems)
