[Beowulf] Trouble with MPICH-1.2.6 and PGI 6.0

Hi Jeff:

   Do a

	locate mpif.h

and note the possible locations.  Then either add a '-I/path/to/mpif.h' 
or softlink the mpif.h to your local directory and retry.
