if a mini-itx uses say 3A at +12v DC ... you can use a 700W or 1000W 1U or
2U power supply ( +12v @ 60A capacity ) or even expensive redundant ps
	- use one power supply to run the 10 mini-itx motherboards

- that's the experiment we're doing 
	- use a different custom rack for dual-xeons

- you will(might) save a few $$$ by using one ps for multiple mb,
	but it may or may not be cheaper than one ps and one case
	for eash mb
