intel etherpro 100 problems

Hi,

Sometimes we have the same problems. Systems doesn't start reporting no tx
rx buffers. This i spotted about the year before, but didn't find any
solution. First i thought that eepro100 had some kind of conflicts with
mainboards (we used via chipset), but later the same things happened with
intel MB integraded eepro.

Does any one knows what is the problem?
