 From price list at www.elma.it :

 SDRAM DIMM REGISTERED ECC 256MB PC-133 SAMSUNG    144 Euro
 (I suppose this would be appropriate for Serverworks chipset.)

 DDR 128MB 266/200 SAMSUNG/NANY                     74 Euro
 DDR 256MB PC2100 SAMSUNG/NANYA                    137 Euro
 (Note, without ECC)

 Not even close to 20 dollars.  I just want to show what are the
 present prices.
