problems compiling SCALAPACK

Using blas from blas_lapack.tar.gz (ie.korea.ac.kr/~supercom/software), I can compile LAPACK without error below in the first time.

but I don't test using ATLAS below.

My PC is 150Mhz Pentium .. too long to compile the LAPACK using redhat 6.2 version

If you make compilation more than 2 times, in the first time you can compile without error. 

but in the second time, then you got the error below.
