I often buy they're equipment when I'm just looking for one ordinary
1U rackmount and such -- they're often the lowest price vendor or
nearly so.

If I have to do something unusual, I don't talk to them, but that's
not surprising as they specialize in providing standard stuff cheap,
not in providing unusual things.
