To start with, CPU utilizatian, I/O statistics, network statistics, memory 
utilization, those sorts of things.

I know there is a lot more that can be looked at for optimizing, but I 
think this would be a good start at providing performance information back 
to the users.  Particularly since I can implement this in an hour or so 
and have it completely automated.
