FLOSS or Windows cluster, I think the idea is the same. But then again, how many people in that age demographic would have ever had access to Windows Clustering software? Wouldn't that make it more likely that you'd pay more for an admin for the Windows Cluster? That, appart from access to source code and that kind of thing, is the only problem I can think of.
