Hi, There is a big push where i work to use commercial monitoring, and service management products, and i am wondering how does other sites manage their daily administration tasks as most of the commercial products target IT/Telecom type of service, and do not take into consideration the different nature of HPC systems What do HPC sites use for configuration/change management, and configuration monitoring other than cfengine, pupet (agent based), are there any agentless monitoring tools available to check for inconsistencies of of a node from other nodes, or deviation from a policy.
