[Beowulf] Acceptable rad limits for cluster rooms?

Impact of radiation is not so easy to test.
Especially not at the sysadmins working there.

The standards that governments use, are basically based upon
an amount that cause a 'clearly measurable biological damage'.

In reality you want to keep factors far away from those limits.
