In case any of you are interested, here is the info on getting WOL to work on nforce4 motherboards under linux: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6604 Long story short, there were problems with the forcedeth driver, the last version posted on the above URL enables WOL to work as it should.
