[Beowulf] Switching

Usually you can't connect more than one cable between two switches.
The switches will not bundle those to gain higher bandwidth. However
on a managed switch you might be able to create separate networks,
then you can connect one cable for each network to your existing
switch.

Most switches can also use 2Gb optical connections between them and
other switches. And in higher series there are other direct
interconnects in order to cascade the switches.

You should look into what your current switch is able to do, and then
select your new switch based on that.
