Hi guys.

Since the DVD ISOs are > 2 GB, you need to use FTP:

  ftp://ftp.bioinformatics.org/pub/biobrew/BioBrew-v3.1/x86/

Apache is probably responsible for all of the screwy errors vis-a-vis these 
files.
