Gentlefolk, Apologies for crossposting but I am getting a bit short on time, and trying to optimize resources. We're trying to initiate grid nudging on a "super-CONUS" coarse grid, and 2 nests. We're seeing a failure when the model goes to read the DOMAIN2 input. A similar set of data and configure.user works fine for us without nudging. I can't seem to find a culprit. We're running a 16-node dual opteron system with GBE ethernet interconnect, and MPI for message passing. The compiler is the Portland Group's v6.0.1 codes. We're seeing no other errors we can use to track this, save Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
