You need to look for high availability clustering, such as "Red Hat 
Cluster Manager":
http://www.redhat.com/software/rha/cluster/manager/
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-AS-2.1-Manual/cluster-manager/
or something like that.
