[Beowulf] Beowulf Application in the Sciences

The human genome project relied on Beowulf. I'd be so bold as to say 
that Beowulf
 was why the project was completed much faster than originally projected.

Also, clusters have been used to model complex drug intrractions.

I'm sure there are many more examples.
