[Beowulf] Serial programs in OpenPBS/MPI

On your master node in your nodes (/usr/spool/PBS/server_priv) file add 
after each node name-     np=2

Then you can modify your config files to provide some ballancing on each 
node. Add somethinh like the following to mom_priv/config on each node.


$ideal_load 2.0
$max_load   3.0
