A variety of websites, many of the most useful linked from:

An online book and some white papers, also on brahma.

Scyld may have some classes they offer.

Clemson CS dept may have offerings as well.  I don't know if they do
formal distance learning, though.  I don't think Duke CS dept does
either.  There are some universities in the Philly area that have been
doing beowulfish clustering an awfully long time, though, so look around
for a local program if this posting doesn't turn one up.
