Perhaps.  We ordered two at the same time from the same place, so I
guess they could have come from a bad batch or something.

We correctly plugged up the batteries and ``charged'' them for 4
hours, per the instructions.  They were only able to sustain a
commodity PC for a couple seconds.

Shoulda tried daisy-chaining them to see if we got 5 seconds. :-)
