Check out PXEBoot from syslinux.zytor.com

It's Peter Anvin's syslinux bootloader project which also has a PXE loader.

All NICs which are PXE aware can use this to boot from the network.  I haven't
set this up myself yet, but I know plenty of other people on this list have.
