The National Institute of Optics (Florence) has a good one are two years, for example. I will add some ten nodes soon, I run pvm-mosix for my applications. Most labs just use the facility and do not bother to set up a list. Still, no one to my knowledge is selling turn keys systems in Italy, aside from big firms selling systems in the 100'000+ Euros/$ range, all systems that I know are self-made.
