Scyld with 2.4 kernel?

In our 27bZ-7 release, we took kernel.org's 2.2.17 kernel and applied
minimum patches.  The new release I mentioned earlier is using Red Hat's
2.2.19 errata kernel with all of Red Hat's patches, plus the ones we
need.  The bigmem and rawio patches are are Red Hat's 2.2.19 errata
kernel and will thus be in our next release.
