Kickstart post-lude ...

All,

Thanks to all for the suggestions.  You (and my
suspicions) were correct and the "almost" HOW-TO 
was wrong (by 3 characters)--use bootnet.img not 
boot.img to make the kickstart install (not boot)
floppy. With this change everyting went perfectly.
