problems compiling SCALAPACK

i am having problems compiling SCALAPACK. i compiled first ATLAS optimized
BLAS for the system and named it libatlas.a then pointed LAPACK to use
this BLAS libraries. then i did a make in the LAPACK directory.

i got the following error at the end part of the file:

the system is a amd k7 athlon 600mhz running redhat linux 6.2.
