Hello, my TCP patch (see http://www.icase.edu/coral/LinuxTCP2.html) is now available for newer Red Hat kernels, including the Red Hat 6.2 latest kernel update 2.2.16-3: http://www.icase.edu/~josip/tcp-patch-for-2.2.16-3 http://www.icase.edu/~josip/tcp-patch-for-2.2.14-12 http://www.icase.edu/~josip/tcp-patch-for-2.2.14-6.0.1 http://www.icase.edu/~josip/tcp-patch-for-2.2.14-5.0 Please verify the md5 checksums (md5sum -b filename) after downloading the files: 4841c4c21a3bc10e5fa5d04cfd6288ac *./tcp-patch-for-2.2.14-12 4a2d599a5b07676808fe3c6e1769efea *./tcp-patch-for-2.2.14-5.0 4138e1c13fd6c3895e56ac6b97773e40 *./tcp-patch-for-2.2.14-6.0.1 fd7bc6ec2ca4516d45d81dd61fa2854f *./tcp-patch-for-2.2.16-3 To apply the patch, create a clean source tree (e.g. in /usr/src/linux-2.2.16-3tcp) including the patch file. In that new source directory, apply the patch with patch -p1 <tcp-patch-for-2.2.16-3 then rebuild your kernel. If you have any difficulties, try to resolve them manually...
